CONSTRUCTION (KINGDOM BUILDING) DAYS
Three days of each mission team trip are devoted to building homes. Each group will split into smaller teams of 4-6 people, and each smaller team will start and complete a home in 3 days. Each home costs $1,325 in materials to build. The homes are constructed of metal studs, drywall and cement board. The construction is easily accomplished within ability levels of all team members without any construction experience required. On the third day the homes are dedicated. Each family is presented with the Gospel, and after experiencing the Love of Jesus Christ lived out by the group, many entire families accept our Lord as their personal Savior.

MEDICAL CLINIC/OUTREACH DAYS
Two days of each mission team trip are devoted to village ministry through remote mobile medical clinics/outreaches. These two days your team begins at the mission base preparing medicine and food for use in that afternoon/evening’s clinic/outreach. We travel to a remote village each clinic/outreach day, targeting areas no one else is reaching. Upon arrival your team sets up and operates the medical clinic with our trained/licensed Guatemala staff. Some team members will serve in the clinic, although no medical experience is required. Everyone else will be building relationships with villagers through soccer, painting fingernails, coloring, games, etcetera. This is the time when you will use the candy, crayons, footballs, and so on! Once dark enough for the Jesus film DVD, your team will sit among the villagers as they watch, many for the first time in their lives, Jesus Christ performing miracles, teaching, preaching, dying for their sins, and ultimately rising again. Imagine never seeing a movie or TV in your life, then seeing Christ come to life on the screen! The impact is eternal. As the DVD ends, our native pastor will share the Gospel in more detail and invite those desiring to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. Your team will pray with those accepting Christ, and then present them with a Bible or New Testament, usually their first ever. To finish the evening, your team will distribute a bag of beans, rice and other staple foods to each family equaling a 2-3 day supply of food. Your team then returns to our mission base for a well-deserved rest.
