Note:  Work clothes will get dirty or possibly stained and there is no need for dress clothes.

Work Clothes

• 3 jeans or other long pants for working in ... shorts are not allowed for working or ministering (see other clothes below).
• 6-7 t-shirts, etc.
• Socks
• 2 sweatshirts or a light jacket
• 1-2 raincoats/ponchos if in Guatemala during Mary thru October!
• 1-2 pair of hiking boots or old, sturdy tennis shoes.  Many leave their shoes with us to distribute later at one of our remote outreaches.

Other Clothing

• 1 pair walking shoes or sandals for leisure around the base.
• Casual shorts (not too short) and shirts for around the base.
• Sandals to wear in the shower (optional)

Please keep your jewelry to a bare minimum, don’t bring anything you couldn’t lose. Some leave their wedding rings in the U.S. We have not encountered a problem, albeit, we want to keep it that way.

Please dress in a way that helps us show others you are there to impress them with the love of Jesus, not our bods that He gave us.
